Every plus size woman's figure is unique, so not everything in the guide below will apply to everyone. For example, turtlenecks look better on women with long, shapely necks than on those who are overly endowed in the chin department.

To dress well, you have to understand your body. Your proportions vary in natural and common ways, and most women's bodies fall into one of several shapes. Your body shape will generally influence which fit is right for you.
